3.7 Quality Standard of Rice Wines
3.7.1 Organoleptic Specification

The Ministry of Light Industry issued < < Rice Wines and their Assays Procedures>> (QB525-81) in 1982 which are suitable for alcoholic beverages made from rice, corn, millet and wheat. The technical specification includes " Organoleptic Specification" and "Composition specification".
